Mr. WhiteHelmet is Masters in Civil Engineering, and has extensive experience of handling large magnitude Highway, Expressway, and Bridge projects in India. He has gained vast experience in detailed design, construction and supervision, quality control and contract administration of Construction Supervision and Independent Engineering assignments. His responsibilities on various projects included surveying, testing of road materials, laboratory testing of soil, use of economical road construction materials, designs of roads, highways, expressways, structural works and functional evaluation of pavements including PQC (Rigid Pavement), quality control, leading the team and project management. He has in depth knowledge of international Standards Specifications, codes of practices of AASHTO, IRC, MORT&H and other internationally accepted “best practices”, evaluation and strengthening of pavements for highways. He was also involved in on the job training on law of tender and construction contracts. He has also worked to many prestigious projects funded by international funding agency like World Bank, Asian development bank and well versed with the FIDIC condition of the Contract.
